RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR RETAIL AND ONLINE PURCHASES:

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

These are hand made pieces of art, most are original designs which may not be copied or reproduced in any way for personal or resale purposes.  The original components of designs remain the physical property of Prism Patch / Wanda Schultz Poole.  The buyer is purchasing a piece of art with no design entitlement to copy, alter or reproduce in any form.

Be sure of what you want before placing your order or making an in person purchase.  All sales are final. In person exchanges are considered on an individual basis.

When placing an order or making an in person purchase the buyer accepts and recognizes the piece pictured on the website (unless specified) may not be the exact piece the buyer receives. Every piece of hand made art glass is unique. The photos show approximate colours.  Please keep in mind that every sheet of glass that is not a single colour is unique and has its own colour mix and movement of colour variations within it. Computer monitors can also impact colours and glass texture appearance.  Since these are handmade items, all sizes are approximate and slight variances in shapes may be present. These are naturally occurring due to the individuality in the glass making process and out of Prism Patch's control.  This is what makes each piece one of a kind and special.

What if my delivered parcel has a product error or defect that is not shipping related?

While this is extremely rare, Prism Patch will correct defects and product errors we are responsible for. Open your parcel immediately upon receipt and email Prism Patch within 48 hrs of the delivery along with photos showing the error/defect.

What if my parcel and/or product inside is damaged ?

Prism Patch is diligent to carefully package items securely and damage is uncommon.  If your package is damaged upon arrival, take a photo of the package from all impacted angles prior to opening the package. Open your parcel immediately upon receipt and contact Prism Patch within 24hrs of the delivery if there is damage to the product.  Photos must be attached to the email depicting the damaged product and the damaged shipping package it arrived in.  Prism Patch will be in contact with you regarding proper procedures.

Item(s) in the possession of the buyer after an in person sale are the sole responsibility of the buyer and no further obligation extends to Prism Patch.
